Senior UI JAVA Engineer

An OnPATH Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of client server management software for our UCS Data Center Switch Product Line.  The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years JAVA programming experience on management software applications for networking products. They must also be proficient with Swing and C++. 

This individual must be an outstanding communicator and have proven experience working with Marketing directly from customer requirements to finished product with particular focus on User Experience. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to use sound software design principles and processes. They should be very comfortable working in a fast paced, rapidly growing company.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

An OnPATH Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer is responsible for designing the software technology embedded in our systems. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience architecting and implementing embedded software products having an Ethernet stack. The individual must also be proficient at Layers 2, 3, and 4 of the OSI stack.

This individual must be an outstanding communicator and have proven experience mentoring others within the group. They must have experience developing high availability networking products. Proven C, C++, and Embedded Linux experience are also required. They should be very comfortable working in a fast paced, rapidly growing company.

Global VP Sales
The OnPATH VP of Global Sales drives the sales growth results for OnPATH products and services to Commercial Enterprise, Service Provider, and Federal end-users, and their associated sales or service partners/ integrators. He/she recruits, manages, motivates, and develops the sales organization to build quality relationships with new and existing customers, and directs the team activities to maximize their sales results. The individual must be proficient across the target applications that include test lab automation, network monitoring, application services, and data center virtualization /cloud computing. He/she meets or exceeds assigned quotas and delivers the order bookings to enable the aggressive revenue growth for OnPATH – helping us become the most exciting place to work in the industry.  

Professional Services Engineer (PSE)
The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) will be responsible for pre- and post- Sales support on all OnPATH products. The PSE will primarily focus on opportunities in the Test Automation, Network Monitoring, Cyber Security, and Business Continuance applications in the Federal and Commercial spaces.  He/she will also be required to be the lead for installations and projects in the field, and to solve complex issues onsite for OnPATH products as needed. This position also requires the ability to be first and second level support on certain products. The essential functions for position are as follows:

  • Professional and value-add interaction with customers
  • Knowledge and experience working with Layer 2 and Layer 3 equipment and understanding how customer applications will interface with OnPATH products
  • Ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Service as the pre- and post- Sales liaison for all account related activities.

The successful candidate must have sharp presentation skills and be able to perform onsite training courses for customers as needed.

An OnPATH Regional Sales Executive
markets and sells OnPATH products and services within the defined region. He/she develops relationships with new and existing customers and leads the activities to maximize their sales revenue. Target customers include Enterprise companies and application service providers for test lab automation, network monitoring, and data center automation applications. He/she achieves assigned quotas and contributes to the overall revenue growth of OnPATH. This assignment requires strong experience in data center network infrastructure applications and the sales process for OnPATH solutions.
