
As CEO of ONPATH, Brian is responsible for the vision, growth strategy, and total leadership of the business. He has more than quadrupled the revenues since 2008 and dramatically increased new product investments to further grow the addressable applications for the company’s core technologies.
Prior to joining ONPATH, Brian was the founding President of the US Division of ADVA Optical Networking. He was also the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the global organization. During his tenure from 1996 to 2008, the North American business grew to over 250 people achieving over $100Million in revenues as global revenues exceeded $350M. Prior to ADVA, Brian spent nine years at 3M Corporation where his career spanned management, sales, product marketing, and manufacturing engineering in the fiber optics products businesses.
Brian served on the Board of Directors of Nexxus Lighting(NEXS), until 2010 and regularly speaks at technology or entrepreneur conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering and Fiber Optics Program at Rutgers University in Piscataway, N.J.

Larry Cantwell sets the company's technology direction and long-term product strategy. He joined ONPATH Technologies and runs the Engineering organization after serving as vice president of Engineering at venture-funded Tacit Networks in wide area file services. He successfully headed engineering operations up to and including the successful acquisition and integration with Packeteer Corporation.
Larry has over 20 years of engineering development leadership experience in the networking and storage industries, and has held positions with such companies as IBM, General Electric and CNT Corporation (formerly INRANGE and previously part of McDATA Corporation). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from R.I.T. and an MBA from Rutgers University, where he currently teaches as an adjunct professor. He also holds several patents for switching advancement.

Steve oversees the company’s Finance and Administration, Legal, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Human Resources.
With more than 20 years of industry experience in the software and high tech industries, Steve has served in various executive roles for US- and foreign-based companies conducting business in Canada, Europe, Israel, Japan, India, and Singapore. He served as CFO for NICE Actimize, Paladyne Systems, and Tessera, Inc. where he prepared the company for an initial public offering, and held various roles with iLogistix, Microbank Software, Guardian Industries, Corning, and Ford Motor Company
Steve holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an LL.M. in corporate law from the New York University School of Law, a J.D., Cum Laude, from the Arizona State University School of Law, and a B.A. and MBA from Lehigh University. An attorney at law, Mr. Vogel was admitted to the State Bars of New York, New Jersey, and Arizona, and has held both CPA and CMA designations.

Dave Vitt is responsible for all operations and service functions for the organization-including overseeing product quality and delivery, as well as customer support and service. Dave has over 25 years of commercial and military industry experience. He is a former vice president of Quality Assurance at McDATA Corporation and vice president of Engineering at CNT Corporation, and has also held executive and management positions at INRANGE Technologies and General Signal Networks. David possesses extensive experience in Mil-Q-9858 and ISO-9001 Quality Systems, as well as the European Union Directives.
He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and earned his MBA from Rowan University. Dave is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers University.
Dave is dedicated to continually driving sales, building the North American business, expanding a sales channel program, and establishing global growth for the company.
Dave has held sales leadership roles creating a reputation for exponential growth in the data center and test automation marketplace. He served as Vice President, Branded Sales Americas for a $200 Million business in Avocent, a global provider of data center hardware and software solutions. As Vice President of Sales for North America and Asia Pacific through the Cyclades acquisition by Avocent, he led the revenue growth from under $10 Million to over $60Million within a 3 year period. Prior to that, Dave was responsible for Global OEM and National Account Sales at Perle Systems, where he grew the business over tenfold through his tenure.

Gene drives the marketing strategy and results for ONPATH’s products and solutions. He provides leadership in the areas of product management, solution marketing, and marketing communications.
Gene has over two decades of experience in the IT industry building and marketing communications solutions to Enterprise, Government, Network Equipment Manufacturer, and Service Provider customers. Prior to ONPATH, he served as Vice President of Product Management & Strategy at Shunra, and Vice President and General Manager at Eastern Research, where he was instrumental in their rapid growth which helped lead to the acquisition by Sycamore Networks. Prior to this, he held various marketing and engineering management positions with AT&T Bell Labs, Teleos Communications, and Controlware Communications.
Gene holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tulane University.
