ONPATH Technologies was a corporate spinout from Brocade Communications in March 2007, and acquired the UCS product line.

ONPATH has raised over $15 million in venture capital through the support of L Capital Partners, Blueprint Ventures, Omega Funds, and GKM Ventures. The proceeds of the funding has been focused on new product innovation and increased regional sales coverage.
